Mom, writer, scientist, & athlete from Colorado. She has a BS in chemical engineering from University of Colorado Boulder & Ph.D. in Immunology & Microbiology from University of Colorado Denver. After her post-doc, Jenny left academia to raise her kids and write fiction and nonfiction. She co-authored with Luke Comer, On the Origin of Being: Understanding the Science of Evolution to Enhance Your Quality of Life. This book merged her scientific training & passion for writing.
