Dr. Victoria Mattingly (Dr. V) is an organizational psychologist, keynote speaker, and CEO of Mattingly Solutions. She earned her PhD in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and has spent over 15 years helping organizations build more inclusive, human-centered workplaces. Dr. V is the co-author of Inclusalytics: How DEI Leaders Use Data to Drive Their Work and the author of the newly released flip-book, Act Like an Ally / Work with an Ally.

Her latest book reframes allyship as a two-way partnership: one side guides those leveraging privilege to create change, while the other empowers people from underrepresented groups to work with allies on their own terms.
